How 2 make Windows XP 64 bit eval verion to full version

How to turn your 120 or 180 days evaluation copy of Windows XP x64 to a full version or retail copy without any patches or downloads.

In this process we will take the downloaded ISO Image for Windows xp 64 Enterprise Eval and actually make a full retail copy of without downloading any 3rd party cracks. There is a string in the setupreg.hiv file that actually tells the cd weather it is an eval or the full registered retail product. By simply editing this file using regedit before buring the ISO we can make a retail copy. If you follow my directions exactly as I state you will from clean install have a retail copy of windows 2003 server using the eval ISO.

Register for the windows xp x64 Eval at microsoft.com and download the ISO image. When you register for the download of the eval you will recieve instructions with a link to download the ISO for eval.
After registering and downloading the Windows xp x64 edition Eval ISO. Download winiso53 I think the site is www.winiso.com install it and activate it using this user name and code: Name: Wu Chia Hsuan S/N: B9EDA3326B574719D67268E9339320519380ACD5ECDFA87F
After this is downloaded and activated using the information above you will have to restart winsio53. Once restarted open the downloaded ISO Imaged of Windows xp x64 Edition 180 or 120 day Eval. Once open in winiso53, find the setupreg.hiv file ( It will be in the AMD64 directory. Right click on it and extract it to an easy to find place on your destop or your hard drive making sure its NOT a write protected directory. I extracted it in c:\ for easy navigation.
Click on Start, Run and enter: regedit
nce the registry editor is loaded, make sure you have selected the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Local Machine window. Simply click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to accomplish this.
Under the Registry menu, choose Load Hive..
Navigate to the location where your setupreg.hinv file is at and select it. Choose Open.
You will be presented with a Key Name Box. Just enter in for the key name: Setupreg
Click OK to load it into the registry. Your registry editor will load it under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE as a subdirectory called Setupreg. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then under that navigate to Setupreg\ControlSet001\Services\Setupdd\ and select the value No Name or Default in any case it will be the first entry.
Double click on the No Name entry or Default entry value to open it up for editing. This Binary Value corresponds to the 120 day or 180 day time limit .( This is how Microsoft establishes encodes the software for a time based trial or full registered product.) Once open you will see the binary value that defines weather the software is a time base trial or a full retail product. Here is an example of what you will see for the value data this will varry:

Now for the fun part using placing your cursor in the box with where the binary value is defined we will replace to set everything to 0 "s" you will move using your arrow keys in fornt of the digits you will delete and use the backspace key to remove the entry it will delete 2 digits at a time. the enter 00 for the digits you deleted dont try and move into position to reinsert the values just a single for the set you want to delete say in the example above A3 you would move your ccursor infor of A3 press backspace one time and 00 one time. @ssimpel as that. Once you have replace all of them

Your Binary value should look like this:

Set the value to this and you will get the Enterprise Edition

Click ok and Navigate back up the tree and select click on the Setupreg.key Once highlighted (selected) Go to the Registry menu and click Unload Hive. Registry editor will prompt you; Just click yes to continue. Make sure it is Unloading Setupreg.key and nothing else. It will tell you what hive you are unloading.
Now exit out of registry editor.
Restart WINISO53 and reopen the Windows xp x64 Edition ISO Image. go into the I386 directory and delete the setupreg.hiv file from the ISO. Then click on actions and add files. Now navigate once again to the setupreg.hiv file we edited and insert in into the I386 folder in the ISO. THE click File and Save . Once saving is complete Exit WINISO.
Now we are ready to burn the ISO Image file to cd using your favorite buring software such as NERO or Roxio, etc. You will need to burn the record the cd for the ISO image file. Once recording is complete if all of the direction were followed to the T. You will be able to boot off of a NON TRIAL Full Retail CD. WOW No You will still see the EULA for trial just ignor this. If you see something popup during install saying "you are about to install a trial version then you did not follow these directions to the t. You will use the standard EVAL cd Key to install. Once installed you will have a retail version of Windows xp x64.

Warcraft 3 Cheats and hints

Hey guys recently I finished Warcraft 3 and in hard mode .It's a very good game I would rate it same as AOE , more specifically AoM.It's pretty easy in normal mode but in hard mode the going gets tough,so the only way you can win (unless until u r 2 good) is by using cheat codes.I came across the folloeing cheats while googling .i have tried a few of them and its really fun.You will also find these cheats everywhere else on the net .

MORE CHEAT CODES
Starcraft Units
Finish the Night Elf last campaign in Hard mode to see a 20 seconds of Starcraft units in action based on Warcraft 3 engine. (NOTE: This is NOT a scene from Starcraft 2, it is just an example of what Starcraft units would look like on WC3's engine. Nothing more.)

Exploding Animals
To make one of the various animals in the game explode simply click on them a bunch of times and finally they will blow up in a large explosion. NOTE: The explosion will not hurt anyone else.

Extra Credits
After completing the game on hard mode and normal mode, check the credits, you'll see a parade of units while the credits roll, ending in some hydralisks coming out and kill them (not the same as the marine/hydrlisk battle listed elsewhere here).

Humorous Sounds
Most of the units say something humorous if you click them multiple times.

Jimmy the Seal
Somewhere in the middle of the map (Night Elf campaign, Chapter 5) there is some mushrooms with some spiders infront. There is a seal called Jimmy behind them. Click him until he blows and a manual of health will be dropped. NOTE: Use seedeadpeople cheat to find him easier.

Find the enemy with out cheating
If you think you beat the level but it wont say it most likely there is one more thing out there. If you press Tab the map will turn black and the enemy will turn their color. Therefore it will be easy to spot the enemy.

EASTER EGGS
Most of the hidden easter eggs are scattered throughout the game. Use the "iseedeadpeople" cheat code to find them.

Human Campaign
On the human campain where you wait in the city for 30 minutes for Uther, and the Undead are attacking you, there's a small house in the far corner of the city, click the allys mark on your mini map to find it, blow up the house and a crate will appear, blow up the crate and a sheep will appear, kill the sheep and you'll get an item. First Mission of the Prologue
Look at the island at the top of the screen to see some pirates guarding "phat lewt".

Undead Campaign: Chapter 1
In the main town area after you get your shade, there are 2 civilians fighting with a large crowd watching. Named: Robert and Tyler (from the movie Fight Club).

Undead Campaign: Chapter 2
After the cut scene in the middle where you find you need the urn, knock down the trees to the west of the green human base. When you bring a unit to the waterfall you see a flash of a baby panda sitting on the shoulders of another panda wearing a sword. It'll have the text written: "SECRET FOUND Panderan Relaxation Area"'

Knockdown the trees in the curve in the path which leads to the Rogue Wizard. A path to the left will lead to a cutscene with the Sasquatch and Elder Sasquatch. The elder Sasquatch leaves behind Claws of Attack 6.

Tichondrius is also on this map and will kill some humans.

If you go all the way south and straight east of Tichondras in the most southern and eastern corner, you will be ambushed (Note: The trees disappear, no need to knock them down) by a Level 9 Golem. He had a pendant that adds 150 to your max mana capacity.

Orc Campaign: Chapter 7
Your tauren units will eventually run into a large salamander named 'Hungry Hungry Lizard,' a play on an old board game "Hungry Hungry Hippos." He'll eat his way through a large patch of mushrooms if you watch him long enough. When he's done eating, he will pop into a splash of green goo, revealing a path that leads to a nifty item, The Lion Horn of Stormwind, which generates a protective aura around your hero.

Night Elf Campaign: Chapter 2
In the area where you get the first set of ballistas. Knock down the trees in a north easterly direction. Near the back, among the trees will be a hydralisk. Bring your hero to it to let it join your party.

Night Elf Campaign: Chapter 5
In the cavern, try and go as far right as possible when you start out. Look for a bunch of mushrooms on the right side with a skull and bone in the ground in front of it. If you hear the priestess comments about the demon bile, you've gone too far. Use force of nature on the mushroom sto clear a path. You will see the path is littered with bones. When you bring units into the path you'll get another cut scene and The Largest Panda Ever (level 10) will come to attack you. It'll leave behind a Necklace of Spell Immunity.

Night Elf Campaign
In the mission where you are about to free Illidun there is a secret area. After passing through the waygate and travelling a bit further, the path goes upwards and there are trees to the right. explore and you will find a path the leads to a teleport that takes you to the shrine of the DopeFish.

Cheat mode:

My first Pizza

My dear dear ...... dear( u may add as many as u like ) freind Venkataramanan aka venki hit the bulls eye when he secured 1500 in GRE ...... this was something which every one knew was in store for him.Obviously the first thing that i said to him was indeed NOT congrats but where is the treat man.After a few hiccups we decided to go for some mouth watering grub @ some good place .... We were five guys ok make it 5.5 when u consider Kaliya as 2 and Bhandar as 1.5 and Venki and raty combined as 1 .... i myself being perfect 1.The first obstacle or delay in my quest for my first out of campus treat was the indifference among us regarding the means of transport... cycle or bus .. after giving due consideration to the time we would return it was decided to do the travelling through cycle.The next big question was " Where the hell should we go ?"While our host Venki/Bhandara were in Favour of Pizza hut ... at the other end the extraordinarily extravagent complimentary contrasting .... pair of Kaliya nad Raty wanted to venture into the chineses delicasies of Wang's Kitchen( supposed to be the one of the last few bastons of those Flat nosed yellow skined chinese bastards).Finally we ended up in Shakes and Creams( haha not in any ones list) .... but fate had something else in store for us .... it was housefull ...... so we ventured to Pizza Corner....... Wang's turned out to be its next door neighbour ...the subtilities of human mind were quite exposed when we found ourselves juggling between both of them ........ finally Pizza Corner/Hut( i don't remember exactly which one was it IO mean Pizza Hut or Corner) won the round .... and after weaitng for some ages I finally tasted a PIZZA...... then it was time for deserts .........we had ice creams in Shakes and Creams .... it was almost 11 PM by this time.... to add an appetiser to our intenery we decided to go on a trip to Beasent Ngar beach ...... the numerous crabs did scare out few of the big boys ........the calmness of the night added up to the beauty of the dark view of the sea... it was a totaly different feeling to be all alone in the beach in the dark night with the breeze flowing in directly onto u .. iwished i could stay there for ever .... but then thoughts of my to be girlfreind brought me back to the real life from the poetic one.................. and then we cycled all theway back to our rooms ...........

Forgot Your Password On XP?

Have you forgotten your password and you don't want to re-format your computer ?

Well here's what you do.. Please note that this only works on Windows XP !

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !

1. Restart you computer

2.When booting, press F8 and select "Safe Mode"

3.After getting to the user menu. Click on a user and this time it will not ask you for a password

4.Go to Start>Run and type "CMD" (without the quotes).

5.At command prompt type in "cd C:\Windows\System32" (without the quotes), I am assuming C is your System/Windows Drive

6.For safety purposes first make a backup of your Logon.Scr file.. You can do this by typing in "Copy to Logon.scr to Logon.bak" (without the quotes)

7.Then type "copy CMD.EXE Logon.scr"(without the quotes)

8.Then type this command, I will assume that you want to set Administrator's password to "MyNewPass" (without the quotes)

9.Now, type this in (I am assuming that you are still in the directory C:\Windows\System32) , "net user administrator MyNewPass" without the quotes

10. You will get a message saying that it was successful, this means Administrator's new password is "MyNewPass" (without the quotes)

11. Restart the PC and you will login as Administrator (or whatever you chose to reset) with your chosen password and Enjoy!

P.S.I haven't tried it out yet guys,just got it on net,if it works then plz. do tell me ASAP.
Also plz do not assume me to b a comp. geek .... its better I don't praise myself

At last today I installed the mother of all OS " FEDORA 4 ".The installation was as smooth as .... I just can't recollect any word to descrribe it. The one and only trouble ( challenge ) which I had to face was the installation of the NVIDIA graphic card driver.I have Nvidia's GForce FX graphic card.One can get the drivers for their i386 Linux machine here .Here I would like eloborate about the installation of the driver.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ONLY IF U HAVE AN NVIDIA GE-FORCE GRAPHICS CARD

Download the driver from http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display_ia32_1.0-7667.html and put it in the home folder of ROOT.
Log in as root and type
```
gedit /boot/grub/grub.conf 
```
Remove "rhgb quiet" from the kernel line in grub.conf. Click the "save" button and then exit gedit. This will disable the "Red Hat Graphical Boot" at boot time which would otherwise interfere with the nVidia installation described below.
Type
```
gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf
```
After the file opens in the "module" section comment out (put a "#" in front of) load "dri" so that it reads # load "dri". In the "device" section change "nv" to "nvidia".Save and exit.
In terminal type
```
gedit /etc/rc.local
```
At the end of the file add the line:
```
/sbin/modprobe nvidia
```
Add a carriage return as well if necessary to insure that there is a blank line at the bottom of the file. Click on the "save" icon and exit gedit. Close the terminal.
Reboot the system
When Fedora reboots it will try to load the nVidia driver (which has been downloaded but not yet installed). You will see the command line login prompt 3 or 4 times as it continues to try to load the driver and then you will see a text mode screen with the message "...cannot start the x server...". Answer "no" (right arrow and enter) to the question "would you like to view the x server output?". Answer "no" to the question "would you like me to run the x configuration program?". Answer "ok" to "...disable the x server for now...".
You will then be presented with a text mode command line login prompt. Log in as root (type "root", hit enter, type your root password, hit enter), type "ls" and hit enter. You should see the nVidia driver file that you downloaded previously.
If you have SELinux enabled type "/usr/sbin/setenforce 0" and hit enter. Type:
```
sh *.run
```
Hit enter.
You will be presented with a text mode nVidia screen. Left arrow to "accept" and hit enter. Answer "yes" to "download...". Answer "ok" to "no matching kernel...". nVidia will build and install a kernel module for the nVidia driver. When the "...complete" screen appears hit enter on "ok". Type "/usr/sbin/setenforce 1" and hit enter if you had SELinux enabled when you began the nVidia installer to reenable SELinux. Type "reboot" and hit enter. You should see the nVidia splash screen when Fedora reboots indicating that the installation was successful.
Now if you wish to get rhgb (Red Hat Graphical Boot) working again open a terminal and type:
```
su -
```
Hit enter, type your root password and hit enter. Type:
```
cp -a /dev/nvidia* /etc/udev/devices
```
```
chown root.root /etc/udev/devices/nvidia*
```
Type:
```
gedit /etc/rc.local
```
Hit enter and gedit will open. Remove the "/sbin/modprobe nvidia" line from rc.local, click on the "save" icon, and exit gedit. Type:
```
gedit /boot/grub/grub.conf
```
Hit enter and gedit will open. Add "rhgb quiet" back into the kernel line in grub.conf, click on the "save" icon, and exit gedit. Reboot.

XP : Speed Up Network

Due to an XP odd behavior, the network browsing is sometimes delay by 15 to 30 seconds. Learn how to stop this delay.
Directions
Who knows why, but XP first checks for scheduled tasks on a target machine before it will list the files and folders for that target machine.

We've all seen this. You click on a network computer to browse... and you sit there and wait. We can download files screaming quick, but, man, that first delay is a killer.

Somebody will probably leave a comment that this delay is needed to prevent the world from coming to an end. That 15 to 30 seconds drives me crazy... and this is how to stop it.

This involves the registry so backup your registry before trying this. Heck, you probably should back up your whole computer and take out life insurance as well.

In regedit navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Explorer\Remote Computer\NameSpace

And delete the following key:
{D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF}

Close regedit and reboot.

This should turn off the check for scheduled tasks before browsing... and get rid of that damn delay. To me personally this was a huge problem, and this does really fix it but try at your own risk and remember to make a backup just incase!

Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds

At last I finished the game.This game is worth a try at least for the star war buffs.This stratergy game may be beyond its contemporaries like AoE,AoM,Warcraft III , etc. in terms of glamour and graphics but it makes up for that with its characters like Darth Vader,Luke Skywalker etc. The Jedis and Siths do enthuse a lot of excitement, of course they would be better of as FPS games.One gets to play as the Republican Forces,Royal Naboo Forces,the underwatrer creatures called Gungans, the rebels,the trade federation and ofcourse as the Wookies.The game has tried to recreate the full star wars sequence, what exactly happened , all the major battle scenes are up for you to play.In terms of graphics it is not as good as Age of Mythology but as good as AoE.The game being quite easy dosen't require any cheat aodes, but u can actually have fun by using the following stuff
* darkside (1-8): Destroy enemy
* forcebuild: Instant contruction/research
* forcecarbon: 1000 carbon
* forcefood: 1000 food
* forceexplore: Show complete map
* forcenova: 1000 Nova crystals
* forceore: 1000 ore
* forcesight: No fog

* scaryneighbor: speed boat with more firepower

Type the above cheats in the chat window in order to use them.

Doom 3

The most scariest game i have ever played.. yes that's the way i can define doom 3. and at last after 4 weeks of struggle i finally finished it off..phew...ofcourse with the help of cheat codes... ofcourse only for the last two bosses ... it was damn difficult to kill them in less time.This is how you use the cheat in Doom3
1)Press Ctr+Alt+~ to bring up the console
2)type "god" to play the game in godmode... u will never die.
3)type "give all" to get everything.. from life to ammunition.
Few more tips
*To kill the gaurdian first of all eliminate the seekers... as soon as you kill them the gaurdian creates three more while its doing so try to finish your ammo on the blue light which appears on top of it ... use rocket launchers to kill the seekers and use the BFG for the blue stuff... as soon as you kill the gaurdian u shall receive the " soul cube"
*The general with a lower part of tank embedded in his body is quite easy to kill . just keep monving away from the shots he fires at you and beware of the electrified fences... and always shoot above his torso.
* the final boss can be killed only with the soul cube.. beware his single shot can kill u .. even if ur in god mode he can throw u off into lava.... so just keep moving around .. and kill the maggots which attack u ... using the soul cube so that u can charge it up to kill the finall boss

After spending the full day sleeping ( which i normally do ),I decided to do something usefull to the society, so I decided to make up my webpage and put it up on a server, for general welfare of the gals n also the boys,who always seek me.Having never worked with the macromedia dreamweaver, I did have problem with it initially( of course problems still persist ),finally i succeded in reducing the problems to an extent.finally when i finished i ended up with a mess, hence i had to revert back to my old and trusted method of HTML coding, which is generally considered cumbersome by others.Now the problem was to host the webpage.Most of the free webhosting places were filled up with ads n pop-ups, hence i decided to host it on my dpartmental server.The temp folder on the server has a size of 10-11 GB , good enough to hold quite a few movies, and indeed its used to download movies using bit-torrent, right now u can find kingdom of heaven and vampire on it.Yea I also spammed the mail box of the gal ,on whom I had a crush, although I just saw her pic on orkut but that was sufficient for me.

I thought this summer would b my Summer of " 05"...... with the hostel mess closed every day I have to traverse a long distance in the hot blistering sun to have grub at MEGA MESS which indeed is a mess i mean literaly .Being the mess for gals as well I expected to c some cute faces out there ...... but to my great shock .........the beauties in the mess were a MESS ... the last possible sources of my joy were dried out in the heat of the summer ... my desperation for some decent female company lead me to spam the email id of several females on ORKUT .... n what do i end up with ... the finger between the ring n index fingers. Abov e that my summer project is also paining .... though i'm an electrical engg. i have been forced to study optics
